• Schedule and carry out flow meter verification, installation, servicing, and compliance management work

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

How your information is stored

When you submit our contact form, your information is processed by Netlify, our website hosting provider, and delivered to our team via email. Email correspondence is hosted through Google Workspace.

Flow data and compliance records for clients on our cloud-based water management platform are stored in compliance with the New Zealand Water Measurement Code of Practice and applicable resource consent and trade waste consent requirements.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Disclosure to third parties

We may disclose your information where required to:

• Submit compliance documentation and verification certificates to ECan, regional councils, or territorial authorities on your behalf, where you've engaged us to do so
• Comply with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory requirement
• Engage trusted service providers who assist in operating our business, such as our website host (Netlify) and email provider (Google Workspace), who only access information as needed to provide their service to us

Under the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand), you have the right to:

• Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to retain it for legal, compliance, or contractual reasons

Our website does not currently use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics purposes. Standard technical functionality required to operate the website and contact form does not rely on tracking cookies.
