Engineered in house, this is a fully complaint system and comes with the pipework (maximum of 50mm diameter), ball valve, non-return valve, a flow meter, a telemetry device and is ready to just connect and start using.  The cabinet is constructed from 2.5mm Electro Galv steel plate which is then made to size and powder coated to whatever colour is required.  It is stock proof, rodent proof and is insulated to ensure the equipment inside stays operational year-round in the harshest of conditions.

The flow meters installed in each cabinet are fully verified by NZ Flow Group in accordance with Resource Management (Measurement and Reporting of Water Takes) Amendment Regulations 2010 with respect to the use of ground and surface water within New Zealand.

Telemetry is supplied by NZ Flow Group providing accurate data real time data collection of water flow across a wide range of applications. The rugged design is perfect for deployment of units to even the most remote locations as we have full standalone solar power solutions available.

Connectivity to our cloud-based web application, OPLEX, for health monitoring and statistical data collection as well as maintenance and servicing of units with 24/7 engineering helpdesk support.

Installation can be either completed by us, NZ Flow Group or by the customer. All that’s required is a 800mm D x 600mm W hole and approx 10 bags of concrete to form a base for the cabinet to be fixed to making it the perfect solution for water monitoring in remote locations.

We also offer bare bone options of The Cabinet to enable other companies in this space to monitor water takes for compliance purposes.  We can engineer the brackets to suit your hardware!  You can even specify what flow meter you would like installed.
