Industrial Services.

Instrumentation Engineering Organisation.

Manufacturers and processors are also subject to water use consent regulations from local and regional councils. Water and trade wastewater networks will need water meters and monitoring systems to ensure water usage remains compliant and does not lead to increased water charges.

Most production plants will use Mag Flow meters and NZ Flow Group can supply and install, service and verify these and other water meter types. We can also help specify and supply a flow meter for any process within your facility so it does not stop at just water flow!

NZ Flow Group is the go-to expert for processing plant managers or industrial engineers, throughout Canterbury. We help keep your production water use compliant and have the experience, certification and calibration tools required to be solid and reliable instrumentation engineering partners.

Leak Detection & Flow Assessments.

Flow validation is another service we offer. We can complete logged flow assessments of key parts of your water network to check for losses, leaks and inefficiencies.

A flow report can then be generated with time-stamped data logged points which you compare with scada readings to not only validate your installed meters but to check where the water is going in un-metered areas of the plant.

Routine servicing is one of our strengths. Using an electronic verification tool we can take baseline readings of every flow meter on-plant and monitor on a yearly basis to check that the installed asset is not slowly drifting into failure. A failed flow meter could mean lost production time so having a window into the health of your meters annually helps fix issues before they fail.

Telemetry.

Our telemetry hardware uses industrial edge technology to ensure reliable storage and transmission of your valuable data, back to our software platform where your information is presented in a simple and useful manner designed to provide you insights into your operation. Remote locations are no problem either - thanks to the dual connectivity that uses either 5G cellular or via SWARM satellite network communication to transit your data.
