The Cabinet.

Engineered in house, our flow monitoring cabinets fulfill all the requirements within the Resource Management (Measurement and Reporting of Water Takes) Amendment Regulations 2010 with respect to the use of ground and surface water within New Zealand.

This is a fully complaint system and comes with the pipework (maximum of 50mm diameter), ball valve, non-return valve, a flow meter, a telemetry device and is ready to just connect and start using.  The cabinet is constructed from 2.5mm Electro Galv steel plate which is then made to size and powder coated to whatever colour is required.  It is stock proof, rodent proof and is insulated to ensure the equipment inside stays operational year-round in the harshest of conditions.

 

  • The Cabinet can be configured either to be horizontal or vertical to ensure it fits in with the surroundings and the location with respect to the water source.

  • The telemetry system is powered by solar with a battery back-up and can be on a cellular network or SWARM (Satellite) network.

  • The Ultrasonic Flow meter is battery powered with a lifespan of 10+ Years.

  • The flow system is delivered with a Verification Certificate to meet Regional Council requirements.

  • Data hosting and monitoring via NZ Flow Group Ltd to meet Regional Council requirements.

We can also make up flow monitoring cabinets to enable other companies in this space to monitor water takes for compliance purposes.  We can engineer the brackets to suit your hardware!  You can even specify what flow meter you would like installed.
